Meet Our team

 Jenn's story started in 2011 when she found joy gifting family with yard cards.   Neighbors and friends created a demand which sparked a business.  A few years later she dove into the balloon world  helping corporations, universities and private clients decorate their memories with a POP of FUN. 

We'll let her tell you more. 
When I'm not busy blowing up balloons, I brings out my competitive side with wild game nights with friends.   If that isn't exciting enough, I'm also an adrenalin junkie that loves jumping out of airplanes, climbing bridges, scuba diving, hiking waterfalls and ziplining.

Steph and Andrea are my right and left hands inflating, loading trucks, setting up yard cards and tagging along on installs.  They have an eye for detail on design and love giving clients a personal touch.
Nicole runs our CRM, helps with newsletters,  and the one I turn to for all things tech.
Michele keeps everything in the office running smoothly answering emails, inventory control and writing up orders and answering any questions you may have.

Allison keeps our books in top shape, comes up with great marketing ideas, and is your go to girl with any invoicing questions.
They are all also amazing moms!!

Chris is not only the lead rigger, constructional engineer, and master framer, he is also my loving husband of whom I could not do any of this without.

While our primary customers come from the corporate world needing balloons for marketing, special events and promotions, we recognize that memories come in all sizes so we are here for our private clients as well.  From wedding ceremonies to birthdays, baby and weddings showers, anniversaries and retirements, FBTY is here to decorate your memories!
And graduations...did we mention graduations?!  We are well known for it, so be sure to order balloons and yard cards for your grad well in advance - I mean, REALLY early.
