Balloon Bouquets:  With  Party City customers now coming to FBTY for their helium balloons - we are doing our best to convey that they must be ordered a min. of 48 hours in advance.  We are NOT set up for same day delivery or pick up.  We know it's going to take a while to get use to the "new normal", so as you transition, take 10% off all grab and go orders placed a min of 7 days in advance.
